Return & Exchange Policy
As each Rho The Label piece is carefully handmade, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Customers are welcome to view or try on their items upon delivery, while the courier waits, before accepting the order.
Should you decide not to proceed with your purchase at that time, you will only be responsible for the delivery fee.
Once an item has been accepted and the courier has left, returns and exchanges will no longer be possible.
